A great place to learn and grow mentally and physical

I have never taken any martial arts before attending Shaolin Arts but I have loved attending classes there. I am 22 and in much better phsical condition than most people I know of my age. I took classes for 3 to 4 months and found that it improved my mental and physical health immensely and greatly helped me in recovery of some injuries. The people who attend the classes all have very positive and friendly attitudes and are extremely welcoming and Master Abdo knows his art extremely well. He also has great teaching methods, makes sure that everyone gets as much personal attention to their needs as he can and teaches many great life attitudes along with the physical training. He is positive, up beat and tries hard to makes sure that training is not only effective and educational but fun as well. Although I attended mostly Tai Chi classes and would highly recommend it I also took some Kung-fu classes and found them really fun and a GREAT work out. I also watched Mr Abdo teach a private lesson to a child and was really impressed. I have worked with kids a lot and have rarely seen someone keep their attention, make them learn and keep them having fun so well. He works really well with children. I have found every dollar I have spend at Shaolin Arts to be worth spending and genuinely feel that the studio is one of the most positive and healthy influences in my life at this time.
